🎬 This is why practical stunts will always be better than CGI. Arnold Schwarzenegger was in a league of his own.

One of my coworkers used to be the kind of employee every manager loved having around. He’d show up ten or fifteen minutes early, help clear the front desk before clocking in, and stay a few minutes late if the place got busy. Nobody asked him to do it, he just liked making everyone else’s day a little easier.
Then the company introduced a new attendance policy. Anyone who clocked in late would automatically lose that day’s bonus. The memo also reminded everyone that employees weren’t allowed to perform any work before officially clocking in.
Most people complained for a day and forgot about it. He didn’t complain. He simply decided to follow the policy exactly as it was written.
The first real test came the following Monday. Two employees had called in sick, and customers were already lining up before the store officially opened. One of the supervisors spotted him walking through the front entrance.

There was this person at work I just couldn’t understand.
Every conversation with them ended the same way, they’d apologize for things that weren’t even their fault, downplay everything they did, and act so unbelievably humble that it almost made me cringe.
I’d find myself thinking, “You don’t have to put yourself down that much.”
They weren’t pretending either. They genuinely seemed to believe everyone else was more capable than they were.
At first, I assumed they were just painfully shy.

My older brother and his partner have both worked at the same hospital for almost five years. He’s an Occupational Therapist , and she’s a Pharmacist.
They’ve always talked about eventually moving abroad together, but neither of them expected the opportunity to come so soon.
A few months ago, my brother was contacted by a recruiter from a hospital overseas. It wasn’t something he’d applied for. A former colleague had recommended him after they worked together years earlier.
The package was incredible. It came with better pay, relocation assistance, and paid accommodation for the first few months. They even offered support with his professional registration.
He couldn’t believe it. For the first time, moving abroad didn’t feel like a distant dream. It felt like something that could actually happen.
Then everything became complicated. His partner was genuinely happy for him at first. Then she asked a question neither of them had considered.
