September 30th is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation day and Orange Shirt day. The day honours the children who never returned and Survivors of residential schools, as well as their families and communities.

Today, National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. We acknowledge that many of our activities take place on the traditional territory of various First Nations peoples. We, stand in solidarity with the First Nations people in seeking truth for the events of Residential schools.

We're very excited to announce the date and venue for O4UC, the Ontario 4v4 ultimate championship. The date and location is January 21-22nd, 2023; at Westbrook Sports Dome in Kingston Info on how to register will be posted in the near future. See you there!
