When people ask "are we in an AI bubble". The ultimate answer is, no we’re not. We’re in the early stages of a new reality. Every major technology looked like a “bubble” at first. The internet. Online shopping. The iPhone. People doubted them because they couldn’t imagine a world where they were normal. AI is different. It’s growing faster than anything we’ve seen before. Improving every single day. Heading toward a point where it’s significantly smarter than us. And it’s happening right now. This will impact everyone. Every job. Every industry. Every country. The real question isn’t if AI will flop. It’s who controls the future of AI. Because if AI is going to shape the world… People should have a say in it. Especially when it's being built on our data.

Let's assume you have a PhD in a specific topic. If you now take up all the LLMs and go deep down the rabbit hole of the said topic in which you specialized over a number of years, you'll realize they're basically numpties at any niche knowledge. Hello CMs If you’re a CM in an Web3 community, you know how chaotic collaboration outreach can get. Dozens of projects. Different chains. Multiple CMs reaching out. This Collab Tracker was built to fix that. Here’s exactly what CMs can do with it: 1. See All Potential Collab Projects in One Place The tracker comes with a preloaded database of NFT/Web3 projects. Instead of searching Twitter or Discord for new projects every day, CMs already have a list ready. Each project includes: • Project name • X handle • Contact method (Discord / X DM / Telegram) • Chain (ETH / Base / BTC / etc.) • Supply or mint info when available You immediately know who to reach out to. 2. Track Outreach Status For every project, a CM can update the outreach status: • Pending - not contacted yet • Contacted - outreach sent • Secured - collab confirmed • Rejected - project declined • Duplicate - already handled elsewhere This makes the entire outreach pipeline clear and organized. 3. Focus Only on Projects That Still Need Outreach Instead of reaching out to projects others already got collab for, CMs can filter the tracker to show only: Pending projects This lets them instantly see which projects still need to be contacted, making daily collab work much faster. 4. Avoid Duplicate Outreach One of the biggest problems in Web3 collabs is multiple people contacting the same project. The tracker solves this. Each project has a “Who Got It” field, so CMs can mark who secured the collab. Everyone on the team can see: • who reached out • who secured it • which projects are already handled This prevents duplicate messages and keeps outreach professional. 5. Leave Notes for the Team CMs can add notes for every project. Examples: • Waiting for reply from team • They want a collab tweet • Only accepting nft projects • Asked to DM again next week This means every CM can see the full context of the conversation without asking around. 6. Add New Projects to the Tracker If a CM discovers a new project that isn’t in the database, they can add it instantly. The tracker becomes a living collab database that keeps growing over time. Other CMs in the same community can immediately start working on it. 7. Work as a Team Without Confusion Multiple CMs can use the tracker simultaneously. Because everything is stored in one dashboard: • Everyone sees the same project list • Status updates appear immediately • Notes stay attached to the project This makes team coordination smooth and transparent. 8. Track Results of Collab Campaigns Over time, the tracker shows: • which projects accepted collabs • which rejected • which ones never responded This helps communities understand which projects are worth focusing on. 9. Save Hours of Work Instead of: • manually tracking DMs • updating spreadsheets • asking teammates what’s already done CMs can simply open the tracker and see everything in seconds. 10. Work Securely With Discord Login CMs sign in using Discord, so: • nobody can impersonate another CM • only approved team members access the tracker • communities keep their data secure The Result Collab Managers can: • organize outreach • coordinate with other CMs • avoid duplicate work • track collab results • scale collab operations across dozens of projects All from one clean dashboard. The goal is simple: Make collab management faster, cleaner, and more professional for Web3 communities. Please note this tool is still in the testing phase. That’s why I’ll be giving access to 10 communities to try the Collab Tracker. If you run a community or you’re a collab manager who’d like to test it with your team, send me a DM. This first group will mainly be CMs I already have a good relationship with so we can properly test it together, identify errors, improve features, and figure out what else should be added. Some of the project leads currently in the tracker came from @CONN3CTIVITY_ by @thejasich one of the best CM hubs in Web3 while others were gathered from research across X. The goal is to refine it with real CM feedback before expanding access further.
