@oonihq This is my THIRD Ooni oven and I believe I received a lemon. It won’t maintain temperature, loses heat when the door opens, and the crisp function becomes unusable. I contacted support in December and never received a reply. Please send a replacement or refund ASAP.

@OoniHQ what is happening to my grizzler plate? I have 7 other cast iron pans this doesn’t happen to and I just used this for the first time after seasoning. Is this not real, solid cast iron?

@OoniHQ I am going to guess you don't sell them because you don't trust those old monitors. (Based on reviews of that part and my own experience) So maybe I need to get a 3rd party one. And just cross my fingers and hope it works.
