@KyleHessling1 Does Qwopus see any significant improvement over the base model when in a claude-code harness? I assume so but curious as to how much.

EARLY PREVIEW of Qwopus 3.6 27B is live for testing! GGUF link in comments! Full bench presentation link below! There are already some significant gains made across some domains, even though this is just a short fine-tune run, Jackrong and I have more compute in transit and intend to deploy it as soon as possible for a far more rigorous fine-tune! I've posted the same comprehensive eval from this morning's base model test! Please go take a look and compare the differences you see between them! That said, thinking efficiency is already improving over base, even with the small fine-tune, creative variability in the outputs also seems to be more diverse. The base models' UI designs showed a bit more polish; however, this is the gap we hope to close with a full fine-tune! Regardless, it's another really fun one to play with, and I think you'll enjoy it! Please let us know any idiosyncrasies and wins you find; it would be very helpful in the preview phase! Lots more planned, so stay tuned! huggingface.co/spaces/KyleHes…

Yep, I know. I'm sorry, it's just a placeholder landing page man. My bad though, I should not have attached the landing page here, was half asleep lol. I'm building custom solutions, not a platform, the website's there, just in case the people I outreach to, check - highly unlikely considering my target niche.

If I was starting a company today, I would rather be myopic than visionary. Start with a 12 month goal to get rich. The landscape is changing so fast that no one can predict 3 months ahead. A much better strategy today is to figure out how to make quick bucks doing unscalable things - - building wrappers - collecting and selling data sets - doing projects and implementations. It is a great time to build, tinker and make money. Don't get bogged down by questions around vision, scalability, defensibility, what ifs, sustainability. No one has any answers. Just build and make money. This is a gold rush. Make hay while the sun shines.

and the best photographers aren't the ones who understand optics. they're the ones with an eye. same with vibe coding. the ceiling isn't technical knowledge, it's taste and judgment. what to build, how it should feel, when it's done. AI handles the shutter. you still have to see the shot.

"Vibe coding is just prompting AI." Yes. Just like "photography is just pointing a camera." The judgment misses the craft. And the results.

@nateberkopec Dont older messages get cached tho? Being able to modify old messages might reduce efficiency as KV cache needs to be recomputed.

Future coding agents could lean into this, and instead present the entire context to the user in a single screen. Rather than simply append to it, you could go back, add, remove, modify to a far more complex representation. A graph? A tree? Not sure.

I just think the chat interface of coding agents is entirely wrong. It creates this illusion of "talking" to a "thing" when really what you're doing is iteratively adding on to a prompt, which gets shoved to a brand-new just-born agent every time you press enter.

This is all very touching. Honestly. But Israel gotta look at the horrific data we have on the antisemitic generation Z and face the fact that the US alliance after Trump is shaky and Israel should not plan on it being there even 7 years from now. Must build a fighter jet.

Best way to make mega wealth in the next two years is copy any non-AI corporate product (Tinder, Dropbox, MyFitnessPal) and make an AI version of it. Sounds too simple to be true, but most of the billion dollar ideas were obvious in hindsight.

AlohaMini wouldn’t exist without LeRobot. Thank you @remicadene for building such an inspiring open-source robotics framework. Using LeRobot, I built a dual-arm, 3D-printed robot with a lift — and now I’m open-sourcing everything too. GitHub: github.com/liyiteng/Aloha…
