@oluwaseyikiki @carlella1 Yes I've left him, it's been a year. I acted quicker than ever cause I'm pretty great at noticing toxic patterns. And a few months later he was called out for his actions by other people lol. But somehow the rage is still here. The fact that I let him into my life at all.

I don't internalize men's actions and I don't think any woman should. They are often at war with themselves, it most likely has nothing to do with you, so just make sure you stay far away from it all when you catch a whiff of it.

The thing with internalizing their evilness is it will traumatize you so bad that you will get to a point where you’ll never speak to a man ever again which is good in the long run….believe me
