@Espen_Antonsen Yes, those alerts are not supposed to be sent if the instance is configured as a cache. We've fixed it now.

@nextofsearch It's not ongoing, and your instance is running without issues. Are you experiencing problems resolving .io domains?

There's no official statement from NIC.IO, but we know the nameserver ns-a4.io was responding incorrectly until it was shut down.

Some customers were affected by issues with the .io TLD. Everything should be normal now.

@nextofsearch Are you using the openredis.io hostname? There were issues with the .io TLD (solved now).

@nextofsearch We are noticing network issues in AWS, are you able to connect sometimes or not at all?

@luigi7up Looking into it, I'll get back to you with updates.

@scriptedSheep The network degraded and we replaced the server. It was accessible but extremely slow.
