Zokyo is pleased to announce the appointment of Dariusz Duminski as Chief Executive Officer. Founder @hartejsengh is transitioning from CEO to Founder and Chairman. Hartej built Zokyo from the ground up with a clear standard: do the hard work properly, earn trust, and deliver outcomes that stand up to scrutiny. In his Chairman role, he will continue to guide long-term strategy and support key relationships across the ecosystem. Dariusz has been a driving force behind many of Zokyo’s most complex engagements. His experience spans compliance, security, and tokenomics, with work across roughly 100 engagements in the Web3 space. Notably, he has driven the establishment of ADGM-registered DLT Foundations for IOTA and Solana, bringing a practical, regulator-aware approach to teams operating at global scale. This transition comes at an important moment for the industry. MiCA has been fully active across the EU since December 2024, and ADGM continues to strengthen its position as a credible hub for digital assets. Expectations around governance, security, and disclosure are rising, and serious projects are prioritizing partners who can help them meet those standards without slowing innovation. AI is also accelerating how teams build - and raising the bar for disciplined security and due diligence. Under Dariusz’s leadership, Zokyo will continue to strengthen its core services - security audits, compliance advisory, tokenomics design, while also actively developing new branches – software development and fundraising support.
