those CCU spikes that die after a few hours aren’t random. they’re signals. a spike means: - people clicked - people joined - people tested the drop tells you what failed. most creators celebrate the spike, and blame discovery for the drop. that’s backwards. discover reacts to player behavior players already gave you the answer. every spike is feedback. every drop is a clue. ignore it, and the next spike dies faster. fix it, and players stay.
