@oportun we have sent tons and tons repeatedly with no call back or resolution. I was only able to talk to the loan department, the officer said ‘send a mail again because they don’t have phone number!! What a good company will not have a phone number??

@oportun appears to be biometric related. Biometric is working on all my other apps though. I was able to log in the old fashioned way.

@oportun I am currently experiencing app issues that are locking me out of my account and preventing me from accessing savings. Never had this issue with digit... The app appears to freeze, no option to contact help
