@opsteperous @aniobrien Van Velden has had a very successful political career, given her age and the barriers she has faced. But then again, nobody dislikes women succeeding more than other women...

As a former school principal,I read this with horror. How have we got to this point!! Some academic in a university has managed to gather together all current treaty-spoke into a document that is to guide care-givers of babies. They come to school unable to talk!!
