This may be niche dependent, but FREE TRIALS DONT WORK.
After early cancellations and billing errors, I saw download to paid ~ 3%.
You’re never going to get above 50% of downloads to start a free trial. You’re just not. And retention among those is SO INCREDIBLY LOW from subscription fatigue.
Getting rid of free trials weeds out the people that were never going to pay. And you get people that are now committed users of your app because they’re making an up front investment.
My download to paid is now roughly 11%.

GPT 5.6 sol just one-shotted my entire workflow i spent 12 hours building
the ENTIRE pipeline, one prompt, one shot
here's what it spat out:
- the shortened script, one idea per line, ready to shoot
- the clip map, one graphic per clip, mapped to hook, problem, proof, cta
- all four locks, character, world, product, graphic style, written once and consistent across every prompt
- every single frame prompt, fully self-contained, nothing left to fill in
- every video prompt, voice locked in three places so it never drifts clip to clip
took me 12 hours to build this the first time. it did the whole thing before i finished taking a sh*t
so instead of sitting on it, i turned it into a skill so you can run the same pipeline on your own product

i wasn’t going to post this, but f*ck it.., omni + gpt image 2 + tiktok ad library is THE best combo for making paper collage yapper style UGCs been testing this combo a lot lately and it's quickly becoming one of my favorites. same script, same hook, completely different visual language full workflow: - find a yapper ad already winning on tiktok, one with a strong hook and clean script - screenshot the actor from the original video - feed that screenshot into my paper collage prompt and generate the first frame - my claude workflow takes it from there, writing the visual prompt for every remaining frame in the same collage world - generates the kling 3 animation prompts scene by scene animate each one, chained so the paper texture never drifts join my free telegram, i'm posting the exact prompts i used for this one there

I created a font called Ghost Font that only humans can read. Tested it in Fable and GPT 5.6 Sol Ultra and neither was able to decipher it correctly.
