When I was dealing with my anxiety I started meditating. What I realized is that mindfulness meditation was not enough. Learning to re-frame your beliefs to something more reasonable was essential which is what Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) teaches. greatergood.berkeley.edu/article/item/c…

#DailyNews Our minds affect our body. Our active beliefs create a current level of well-being that plays out in our body. We label these our emotions. When your level of well-being is low, stress hormones are released. cnn.com/2021/02/17/hea…

#DailyNews Taking a break between meetings allows you to recharge. You can organize yourself, let the previous meeting go, prepare for the coming meeting etc. This break can also allow you to settle in the present moment. microsoft.com/en-us/worklab/…

#DailyNews Change happens all the time. We resist it because we fear we may be unable to cope with it. Leaders must adopt the mantra of "Always be helpful", especially when trying to change their organizations. The sink or swim approach is not helpful. forbes.com/sites/forbesco…
