This post wasn't about defending buying. It was about how people can influence genuine learners into experimenting weird things. According to spaces, Strategy 1: i start the day with option selling and it goes against my favour then i buy 10 times quantity. Strategy 2: buying call and put together, and close one when the spike comes. There would be people backtesting this and probably would lose money. Besides, I haven't spend enough time understanding market dynamics. How it evolves. I may lose on long term, but i wont spend time explaining whats profitable whats not. @optionsstraderr
