One of the biggest challenges on this project has been working with new volunteers, largely because of the demanding work ethic required, which can sometimes make you question your own capacity. Our matchday deliverables are time-bound and demand consistency, energy, precision, speed, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. So when Ife Fatoki joined the team, I initially thought of placing her in logistics. However, from day one, she made her own decision, choosing videography and content creation. Working with @ifeoolu was seamless. She blended effortlessly into the team, carried herself with professionalism, and brought a level of humor that made her a delight within our close-knit group. When she informed me last Saturday about moving on to greater opportunities, it was a moment that called not for hesitation, but celebration. Thank you, Ife, for your invaluable contributions. You will be greatly missed. Keep making us proud, once a Shooting Stars fan, always one. This will always be home. See you soon.
