Priecājos šodien saņemt grāmatu "Judicial Review of Competition Law Enforcement in the EU & UK" (@Wolters_Kluwer) papīra formātā! Thank you @or_brook, @barryjrodger, @pacomarcos, Maciej Bernatt, Annalies Outhuijse, @VRobCompLaw, @antondinev, @mciacovides, @ruppe_p, @AKalintiri, @MiguelSFerro, @Carolin01792839, @kaufman54686, @JurgitaMalinau1 & other authors for the possibility to cooperate on this project!

📢 CALL FOR PAPERS: Technological Change and Antitrust History This series will discuss the patterns of technological innovation & transformation (Industrial Revolution to digital platforms), and societies, and how antitrust interacts with cycles of technological change

Thrilled about this partnership between NU London (@NortheasternLDN), the Bulgarian Competition Law Association (bgcomplaw.eu), and the National Institute of Justice (nij.bg/en) to deliver a 1-day training for Bulgarian judges and magistrates on "Effect on Trade between EU Member States and (in)effective application of Articles 101 and 102 TFEU". The training will take place in Sofia, Bulgaria on Friday, 13 September 2024 at 9.00-17.30 EEST. One of the panels will include a follow-up study on the empirical research Alexandr Svetlicinii and I carried out for the project "Judicial Review of Competition Law Enforcement in the EU: Empirical Mapping 2004-2021" (mappingcomplawreview.com, @or_brook, @barryjrodger).
