You literally have to talk to your ego as if it’s a little child to soothe it. Most of the time it is just terrified. Give it love, give it comfort, give it understanding and compassion. This will integrate the terror, insecurity, loneliness (or whatever it is) back into love.

Introverts are HIGHLY intuitive, that's why you don't see them around a lot of people, only a few & they are either friends, family members, or a lover. We don't like the attention unless it's from certain people. We only hold deep & long conversations with certain people. We observe heavily!!
