Started using fizzy.do this morning. I will be a customer for life. Done right, no learning curve, makes sense with every step. Doesn't try to be more than it was designed for. Bravo, from a guy who has been here for a very, very long time.

If you're using Freshstatus, they just announced they are discontinuing it on March 31. Here is what they sent this morning.

@genspark_ai Ok, here’s one - I want a Genspark ‘support brain’ that ingests support tickets + logs, proposes root cause, lists exact server/WP‑CLI checks, drafts the customer reply, and saves a tiny postmortem doc.
