12 flights in all round trip, 22 hours in the air today (ish) I’m finally back and ready for some much needed R&R visiting family and friends. I am wiped out but the strange thing is I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Team Dominator intercepted category 2 TYPHOON BAVI on the beautiful island of Ishigaki, Japan. The storm surge peaked with arrival of the outer bands, and our cube storm chasing vehicle was floating like a boat. We used a well-rehearsed escape route. This is the first #typhoon in a train of typhoons expected this month in the western Pacific. Never stop chasing @accuweather
