@SaveLeaMarshes Anonymous Tree Officer said that anonymous contractors fines for not watering are less than it would cost them to water the trees! Maybe the situation has changed now but council are asking for the public to water saplings now

So @wfcouncil’s Lea Bridge Station development which is not compliant on tall buildings and affordable housing is almost certainly illegal! But @GracieMaeW, @Labourstone and @WFLabourParty call critics NIMBYs and @LeytonLabour block them! @LeeValleyPark lacked courage to object!

The trees in #OrientWayPocketPark slowed the flood waters in #LeaBridge last summer. Doesn't it therefore make sense to maintain them and help this little maturing woodland to thrive? @MayorofLondon @SadiqKhan @LDN_environment
