@davidjbodman We notified all customers about a price rise prior to the rise taking effect, giving our customers the opportunity to call us and discuss the package and pricing at that time, if you have any questions about your package and the price then we are happy to discuss this with you.^A

Hey @OriginBroadband, in April you illegitimately put up prices for existing customers, but new customers are now being enticed with cheaper monthly rates. How is this fair? What's your advice for existing customers who are funding new customers?

If you ever think about signing up to @OriginBroadband don't. They have completely taken advantage of 2 vulnerable people in their 70's, refuse to let them cancel despite an awful service. Waiting for my complaint to be answered since Feb. Now cut their services off. Awful 🤬
