@Ofcom Can I complain that Plusnet did not seek to discover vulverable customers when transfering from copper wires to digital for phones, leaving us vulverable from them. I am 82 years of age and cannot cope with what is required and they never asked until I spoke to them

Shocking customer service from @EE After months of data issues, I’m told they don’t guarantee a working data service. So what am I paying for? Happy to take customers money but dismiss genuine concerns instead of fixing them. Overpriced with poor service. AVOID @EE @Ofcom

I have no broadband/WiFi because the migration from @Plusnet to @EE doesn't work & there is no accessible phone or engineer help for elderly people. I will have to pay for tech support. Tx for this rubbish service @Ofcom @DCMS @BBCLondonNews

@Ofcom Im having serious trouble with a damage claim where they left my mother in laws house wall soaking due to the cable lead in being left open. Weeks ago reported. Hole sealed but wall is still wet and black in places. They escalate but still nothing. She is 85

@Ofcom I cancelled my contract with #Sky, yet they still collected another payment a month later. I had to request a refund. Be sure to cancel your direct debit once they’ve taken the final payment to avoid the same thing happening to you.

@EE @Ofcom where do I stand with unauthorised changes on my account made my customer services? @EE I get roaming with my package as shown here the advisers don’t understand it shouldn’t be a swappable extra now I have no Zone 1 while I’m travelling in zone 1 as they changed it.

@RoyalMail 10 days my parcel has been in the system on a 48hr delivery. Can't find a phone number to speak to anyone. Automated system tells me you have my parcel in the system and to use the tracker. SHOCKING SERVICE @Ofcom

@virginmedia these are our wifi reading over the last few months - on the Volt M350. Never reached the promised speed, We have 3 pods but still the wifi is rubbish. @ofcom why are these providers getting away with this? You’re more than doubling my fee next month #cancelcontract
