@UberWestHam I don’t get why West Ham would hate Arsenal? They aren’t your level, they’re London which can play a part but I’m QPR and I don’t hate west ham and you’re closer to our level than theirs. Just seems odd West Ham don’t like them and a forced rivalry.

Declan Rice loves West Ham and has shown nothing but respect to us always. We couldn’t match his ambitions, but he left respectfully for a very large fee and always gave his all. He never refused to train, gave his all right until the end and probably stayed a good 2 more years than he could have. Got stick last week for saying we’re happy to see him succeed. You can hate Arsenal but also feel proud of him deep down, for some odd reason a lot of people can’t separate the two. All I’ve see is people say his reaction to us being relegated is performative. He spent 10 years at the club, and let’s be honest, deep down would have stayed if we could’ve went to the next level with him. He loves this football club, there’s zero need for him to perform for the cameras.

For context, there were estimated 100,000 gathered at the stadium last Tuesday. Villa had approximately 50,000 at their parade. The official estimate for the Man City parade was 6,000 plus 14,000 in the Co-op Arena later.

🚨 James Maddison CALLS OUT the #THFC medical team: 😳 “Our situation with the injuries has been worse than any other club” “We need to look at why that is!” “The big names we’ve missed, it does effect you and you can’t just deny that” “If we’d had myself and Kulusevski and Kudus, we wouldn’t have been in this situation”

@AdamTheGaffa Why do people use expenditure to slander teta, he has spent roughly the same amount as any big six club during his tenure, every other big six club including liverpool has spent 1 bill in those 6 years

Stupid question. Brand of football Man management Competing on a lesser budget Klopp overpowers arteta is all these fields. Arteta may go onto win more than klopp but will he challenge himself can arteta go rivatalise a Dortmund or any club on a budget ? Its easier to coach n manage a squad when your given 200m every season and dont have to sell players. Arteta is doing great btw a top coach but aint noway he can chat to klopp yet.
👤@jadinho97

I was asked if Arteta wins the champions league is he better than Klopp at Liverpool? Wasn’t sure what to say but I was curious to know what everyone else thinks about this

Italian football, especially Serie A, will start competing properly with fellow top 5 leagues team again when they stop recycling the same ideas and same coaches over and over again. Right now the league is behind for many reasons, Financial capacity, but one of the biggest is that they’re not competing aggressively for coaching talent or even player talent the way the EPL does. When was the last time you saw an Italian team compete for signing of the best player in the World? Or the best Coach? You keep seeing the same managers rotate between clubs every 2-3 years, same structures, same conservative football culture, same tactical comfort zones. There’s barely any fresh external influence entering the league. And football evolves too fast for that. Look at what happened to the Premier League with the arrivals of Pep Guardiola and Jürgen Klopp it completely changed the tactical level of the league. Teams had to press better, build better, recruit smarter, improve conditioning, improve technical security, improve coaching structures. Their influence forced everyone else to evolve too, even down to Championship level. Now look at Serie A. The league still has tactical intelligence, history and passionate football culture, but it often feels inward-looking. The infrastructure is aging, financial power is weaker, and innovation arrives slower than in England, Germany or even parts of Spain now. That’s why when someone like Cesc Fabregas comes with modern positional ideas, courage in possession, and progressive coaching methods, people immediately notice it because it feels different from the norm. Serie A still produces good teams, but the league needs disruption. It needs more foreign ideas, younger coaches, more risk-taking in recruitment, and clubs willing to think ahead instead of constantly revisiting the past.
