The media who made such a big deal of the China price cut yesterday (egged on by hedge funds short $TSLA) must be asking hey, what happened? Answer: The price cut is accretive since it means demand secured. With the $TWTR overhang lifting there’s nothing to hold back the stock.

WS traders getting this wrong. $TSLA cutting price below the key ¥300K level on M-Y SR (¥299,988) and other TSLA models coming down in tandem. TSLA cut price in China by 5% (1/3 of TSLA volume in 4Q) and gets a 40K increase in 4Q units. Net 4Q EPS effect ~$.05 positive. @elonmusk

It's absolutely astounding that on 9/30 $TSLA had capitalized "Construction in progress" on its balance sheet of $4.5 billion, despite holding "grand openings" for its only 2 big construction projects (the Texas & Berlin factories) *6 months* earlier. This company is a fraud.
