@atulkhekade The refund plan was shared on Oct 29, 2025. I followed up on March 6, but there has still been no visible progress after more than 5 months. Could you please clarify the current status? Many affected users across multiple countries are still waiting. #XDC #Globiance

🔗@Globiance is still withholding millions in client money. 🗓️Certain refunds were promised by the end of February. Where are they? Here’s what we know: Earlier this year @globiance issued a notice to Australian and Brazilian clients saying accounts would be made accessible to their $XDC balances. This is after more than 12+ months without any real platform functionality. This was a real win for all those affected globally, as two nations were singled out for imminent resolution. Jan 7, Globiance stated on X that “...all users from #Australia and #Brazil will have received their full refunds by the end of February”. That has not happened. And, there has been no clear announcement explaining why the deadline was missed. Uncomfortable truth: business is hard - most new ones never reach maturity. And, if you have not been involved in a failing business or even been a client of one, then you probably have lived either a charmed life or a sheltered existence. But regardless of how #Globiance might have ended up here, they are duty-bound to resolve, as they well know. And here in this instance, a public promise was made - a timeline was set, and people are still waiting. It’s saddening and some what incredible to watch a long-term platform built on this chain, one that many in the community backed hard, end up in this position. And now, failing to deliver on its own recovery plan. For clarity: @XDCNetwork itself does not control the business operations of entities that choose to build on it. But that’s how, historically, permissionless #DLT works. It helps solve the censorship issue that can occur in centralised systems - while keeping things super simple for encouraging democratised access. 🥲But the downside is also real. When something like this happens, the network can’t just step in and “fix it” for users. Clearly, plenty of #Xinfam, even including those actively contributing to the Network's development, are now left out-of-pocket, in tax-limbo... and imaginably many probably embarrassed and disheartened, because of this implosion. So, let's put it back where it belongs. @Oliver_LaRosa, and whoever is left of the team at #Globiance and @Globiance_Pay: 1. Are these full refunds still happening for Australian and Brazilian clients? 2. Why was there no communication when this step was not followed? 3.
