@Wol3_ I am currently paying mortgage. So I know everything about it. When you rent, you also pay bills. If you own, you can have a basement that fetches you income as well.

@VillageParrot Congratulations to them , but to me , buying a home in this Canada is not a flex . I see it more like a trap . I don’t think it’s a reasonable thing to do within your first two years in Canada as an immigrant. Owning a home in Canada is more of a responsibility than a blessing.
