Whilst in the FDC Postal Vote count today, Samantha Hoy, County Councillor for Wisbech East made a Racist Remark that the Reform UK Chair for NE Cambs could hear because there was no Black Man around. She is a pathetic excuse, I am not Racist also have Black people in my family
