All of the exercises that I talk about are directly taken from my personal experiences with myofunctional therapists I’ve seen results + my private clients and community members have as well This isn’t any fantasy and I take this matter very seriously - I will never talk about something that I don’t know about with my audience

We were never meant to remove our wisdom teeth. (below is a before and after of wisdom tooth extractions - same person) When I researched at Myofunctional Institutes, I learned that the teeth sit within the periodontal ligament - a rich sensory organ filled with mechanoreceptors that send information through the trigeminal nerve to the brain. This is the largest cranial nerve and one of the most important parts of the proprioceptive feedback loop. The SAME system that coordinates posture, balance, breathing, and muscle tone throughout the body, allowing your fascia to provide the electrical signals it does. Our wisdom teeth strengthen proprioception, improve our breathing, posture, and movement, refine our faces, and prevent the bone from being demineralised. If you extract a tooth, this can affect proprioception throughout the entire body. Causing a: -recessed jaw -collapsed midface -distorted facial symmetry -anterior pelvic tilt and spinal compensation -overactive masseter and chronic TMJ tension Reminder - you can ALWAYS naturally negate the effects even after extraction through Thumbpulling™, craniosomatics, and myofunctional exercises. Your body was designed perfectly.

The idea that wisdom teeth are just some random glitch that God forgot to patch so now we have to pull them out with modern technology is retarded

@OscarPatel Oscar, is this is whats required, on the one side only? Or do both but extra focus on the side where your tongue sits under upper teeth? x.com/i/status/20435…
SaxonStandard@SaxonStandard

@nothinbutanokia @OscarPatel If one side needs adjusting more than the other, what is the required process? Use the thumb pulling technique on the side that needs moving? Or, do the standard technique with both both thumbs and it'll equal out naturally?

Exactly. Your maxilla determines how attractive you are. You need to achieve CCW rotation of the maxilla to improve your looks - which can be done naturally. But Mewing alone will not help - you need to perform craniosomatic techniques in addition to it + fix habits One such is Incisive Papilla Pulling. When done correctly - this has immense benefits on training your muscles, overall posture, myofascia release and suture mobilisation. This technique allows your face to become more "malleable" replicating the benefits of Neurocranial Restructuring (NCR) but at home. Most people can't comprehend this - but the people who can think for themselves see the scientific links and the undeniable results and transform themselves ⚡️

Hate to break it to you, but you can do all the gua sha, lymphatic drainage in the world, But if you dont have proper bone structure to support it, you will never get a sharp jawline A recessed maxilla is the main cause of beauty loss. Hate your nose? Your jaw? Your cheekbones? It might not be genetics. It might be a recessed maxilla. All babies start with well-developed facial bones. But without the right muscle forces-like proper tongue posture, strong chewing, and nasal breathing-the maxilla begins to collapse. A recessed maxilla can lead to crooked teeth, a long narrow face, sunken cheeks, and even a jaw that looks weak or "off." This isn't rare. It's common in modern society because we've forgotten Nature's Laws-laws that prevent a recessed maxilla. Laws I call the Beauty Quadrant and Health Quadrant. The skulls of ancient humans didn't have this issue. And neither do babies-until bad habits change how their face grows.

@timotlagrange An exception doesn't prove the rule wrong. He looks good despite a recessed maxilla because his cheekbones, brow ridge, mandible, and overall facial musculature compensate. Which are features that 99% of the population with a recessed maxilla do not possess.

@joshualovemilk2 A lot of factors, but the main issue stems from an asymmetrical upper palate which comes from terrible habits, poor posture, improper biomechanics, bodily asymmetries, tight/uneven fascia, imbalanced facial muscles, etc Everything is fixable

Obviously facial asymmetry to some extent is normal - it is what makes us unique and characterises our looks.. But severe facial asymmetry - seen in humans today - is not natural. We were never made this way, it is not genetic. It is due to the effect of the modern lifestyle - terrible habits, poor posture, improper biomechanics, bodily asymmetries, tight/uneven fascia, imbalanced facial muscles, etc Are all the root causes of asymmetry. All of which are not natural, but fixable. You can perform craniosomatic techniques like Thumbpulling, do Myofunctional Training, and release the Myofascia to help make your face more symmetrical.

@OscarPatel I did exactly the same thing by simple breathing exercises, no need for all this malarkey. Once you change how you breathe, especially while you sleep it creates huge changes to your appearance.
