Osmium

Permission overrides work a bit differently on Osmium than Discord: They are processed in order, and if a higher role denies access to a channel, then the access is denied, even if a lower role allows it. You likely have every role with denied access on the channels, while this is not necessary. All you need to do is remove access by default (in the Everyone) override, then individually give each role access.

The is a major bug with roles in Osmium. You cannot use multiple roles at once. The first role works just fine, the following roles do not add access to more channels (which they should) I have a role on my server called DJ. It has access only to my VC, nothing more. If I apply that role to my Testaccount as the only one - it works. Visible only voice channel. If I add any other role as the main role - the voice channel disappears. Same behaviour is for any other roles - the 1st one works, the 2nd does not. If I apply all of them as the only one - they work flawlessly.

The first iteration of activities is now out on Desktop for Windows & Linux. All major players are supported, incl. Spotify, Tidal, Apple Music, and Deezer.

@osmiumchat Avast's Cybercapture is telling me osmium.exe is infected with IDP.HEUR.26 (whatever it is). I made an exception, but this is not supposed to happen.

@osmiumchat @_BetterDiscord_ @ValourApp For the emojis: 1. I Imported the template from my friend group server. 2. Went to server settings and to the emojis section. 3. Added 2 emojis. Made sure they had proper names and a related emoji since its mandatory. 4. Went to the server lounge and search the name.

Hi, thanks for the feedback! I’ll look more closely over this later, just some initial information and questions: There are currently no restrictions on custom emojis, this sounds like a bug, could you explain your steps and what you see? As for the API, this is currently in #faq on the main community. I agree it should be linked somewhere on the website, and will be included on the new version which is in the works. Everything else has been noted! Most of these are already planned or in progress, and I’ll let you know when I have news on them.

@_BetterDiscord_ @osmiumchat @ValourApp I've tried root but it's missing a lot of stuff and i don't like their community guidelines tbh. I don't care for valours ui. I'll likely take a look at stoat and osmium next but if they are missing to much stuff its a hard sell to my friends to move over.
