During the 2023 election, Bola Tinubu recorded 25% in 29 states. None of the other three major candidates reached the 24-state threshold. He didn’t win 25% in Abuja. Abuja has special status and residents of Abuja are special citizens. He shouldn’t have been sworn in as a President. A rerun should have been ordered. 25% in Abuja is a must. The word AND is mandatory. I’ve read so many ridiculous arguments but the one above ranked top.
