There is no evidence to date that PTAs have more adverse events than PTs when using spinal/extremity non-thrust mobilization or thrust manipulation. Why is @AAOMPT trying to stop PTAs from using non-thrust & thrust manipulation (a non-invasive procedure)? Seems to be more about protection of themselves, not protection of the public. PTAs in AL, AZ, IL, KY & TX can already legally use #dryneedling (an invasive procedure) @APTA_official
