@anita_atwal Spot on @anita_atwal we have been at the conference today and very few masks being worn, which is so worrying. Being from Scotland (where masks are still mandatory in inside public spaces) it felt even more shocking!

Great but so few OTs wearing masks. There is so much evidence to support this good practice. Shocked 😮 that as OTs we are not practicing this .

@OT_KateT It is a strange feeling when the talk ends, it feels so abrupt. I've had a few organised meetings and they have been lovely and definitely made me feel more connected and not formal at all 👍

Don't think virtual networking platform works for me - I'm finding once sessions stop I'm left with a really quiet house and not sure what to do. I'm no good at purposeful 1:1 requests, feels too formal. Chat rooms not really doing it Is everyone else networking loads? #RCOT2021

Thank you @LecturerMish for your #RCOT2021 session on allyship. Important message. Allyship is continual. You cannot turn it off. Humanity and dignity = non negotiables. Our words and actions have the power to crush or uplift others.
