@Schito_74 @lvginc_ Even with this delay, there is no good long term news to keep this from rising. I would expect 600-800M shares by end of this year. They are currently at 120B shares if comparing to pre RS conversion. $LVGI has been a joke for years. No good growth has occurred.

@kemptrade It could be headed to 0.0001 and then maybe no bid. They have at least $1M in debt to dilute. At 0.0005, that means 2B shares. At 0.0001, it will be 10B. I also expect the debt conversions so far have only been enough to pay for interest and not principal. $LVGI @lvginc_

@GreenBaRvaz @lvginc_ @otcopinions Dilution will never stop here. There were almost 4b in the float then they did a 300/1 RS and you guessed it, just turned around and started diluting again. They are frauds and don't know shit about real companies.

@OtcShelby The float was not even 70M in late August and look where it is now :). Unfortunately dilution is not expected to slow down. With dilution at 0.0018, bounce right now would seem limited at this level. But perhaps you are right $LVGI

Unfortunate how much the business choices they have made have had a tremendous negative impact to shareholders which most may never recooperate from. Sad!

@lvginc_ So for $LVGI to make $500k from this deal, Keto would need to post a $5M profit? This would require sales to be at least 20-30M annually? Seems unlikely to happen any time soon and this appeared to be a PR stunt to inflate the PPS compared to good business.
