It was School Spirit Sunday today at church. I was put in charge of the boys’ shoes and hair as we were all hustling out the door for Sunday School. And… I think I blew my chance at “Dad of the Year” with the #TwoLeftFeet & #DifferentSizedShoes.🤦‍♂️

A little late, but this was my district meet, and I threw a 13ft PR of 178'1. Thankful for my family, @nelsph0119, and my dad for helping me through the recent rough period in the personal and competition side of my life. Looking forward to area. I have a lot more in the tank.
