@fallenhitokiri @niftypm I don't feel this has been made clear: The email you screenshotted was ALSO sent by the hackers, pretending data was stolen and faking a response by the company. Think: Who would say "our servers are secure (sort of)" & call this a "minor hack" if this were real..?!

@ScubaOfficial The two are interdependent, but DJs profit a lot more off the Producers work than the other way around. There's a massive pay gap because Promoters and DJs don't report track lists or pay live royalties (PRS, GEMA etc.) to the Producers whose music they play, like FM radios do..

The idea that a DJ who's never made a tune in their life should make more money than a wildly popular producer who doesn't want to play shows is just an insult to my basic sense of how the world should work.
