Signing Day for 3 of my esports seniors here at Laverne! We had a library full of family and classmates to celebrate with them.

We have 3 seniors signing letters of intent tomorrow for college esports scholarships!!!

I was just as happy watching my student Parker doing shoutcasting for games today. @ImOmegaRho was amazing working with him, too!

@EsportsOklahoma had a whopping 160 teams competing in our Scissortail division (Class 2A and down) in Fortnite 2v2 Box Fights. At the end of the day, only Laverne was left standing as the champion! After 2 straight years of state runner up in fortnite, this duo finally did it!

The Laverne Tigers Esports showing up on a billboard an hour and half away from home in another town. We spotted it coming back from a track meet. So awesome! @EsportsOklahoma

When you show interest and invest in what students are interested in, it is amazing how much they want to make it better for the next group of students. I have esports students volunteering to paint walls for our esports arena remodel. @OklaEd @EsportsOklahoma

Laverne HS Esports made Spring State Playoffs in OW (8-1 and 1 seed), Fortnite 2v2 Box Fights (9-0 and 3 seed), Rocket League Duos (8-1 and 3 seed), Chess 5-1/top 16, and Mario Kart/top 16.

6th grade counselors reaching out to support their students seeking information for their student because they are unsure how to advise them is the inspiration pie I didn't know I needed this morning.

One of my STEM class projects were to make playing card holders and we donated them to Parkview Pointe here in Laverne. We hope the residents will enjoy using them to play games, while possibly allowing even more to play that might not have been able to previously. #oklaed

Thanks to our Laverne AllSportsBooster club, we got our Halo state championship rings!!!
