@WaterfordCrystl —could you recommend a pattern that contains both straight and angled cuts? I remember from our tour that there was a pattern or two that had both, but not all did. Thank you! Looking for a gift!!
I am supposed to be cooking dinner and helping Thor pack for Austria, but here I am, devouring the Pattern Language of Forest Gardens from my latest passion, the Edible Forest Garden, Volume 2.
Must...put...this...down...
I have two stories for you, this week! The first story is a story of blossoms—Spring is starting to riot all over the Garden. Here is what I enjoyed on Saturday...
Chesapeake Oyster Stew with Wild Edibles and Violets. Second year of working with chickweed, wild onion, bitter cress and edible flowers. Could become a tradition. Next goal: cook over an open fire and serve dinner in the Garden.
A Girl and her Peach Tree, blooming. Enough pictures of flowers, Pie Patio, dirt, and greens to make you feel as if you smell of dirt, by proxy!
😉☺️😘 It’s two weeks of The VineyardWife’s adventures!
New feeder friend nets cake. Hardscaping more clay than I can stand leads to temporary water drainage solution. My BiL and SiL lead me on an adventure in our North woods. All this and more in this week’s VineyardWife post!
Do you want to see the VineyardWife at domestic chores? Of course you do not..I do not..I’d rather be chewing on evergreen needles or digging in clay...and yet, here we are! So please enjoy these few sparks of VineyardWife essence amid these mundane Townie domestic tasks:
Do you ever get that overwhelmed feeling? What can one person do?
