By threatening extreme penalties, like banning agencies from the industry entirely. It intentionally makes normal 1-person companies look like criminals. ​This politician dropped this harsh "show bill" right in the middle of Eunwoo’s ongoing case. They are using his status as a human shield to grab headlines and look like heroes. ​The media happily aided this PR stunt by nicknaming it the "Cha Eunwoo Prevention Act." They are using a global star's name for clickbait and stripping away his presumption of innocence before a legal verdict is even reached. ​This defamatory setup is exactly why K-fans are angry and organizing email campaigns to protest to institutions. ​That being said, if you don't want to send emails, you absolutely don't have to. I'm just conveying what K-fans are asking and sharing my own views on how absurd this situation is. We are all free individuals who can decide for ourselves.
