According to Psi, he was repeatedly drugged during the incidents, which occurred when he was between 9 and 15 years old. Forensics also analyzed the full audio in which he and Pi Scott discuss the rape, concluding that the material is authentic, free of any editing or AI, and is approximately 40 minutes long.
The legal proceedings will now move forward in both civil and criminal courts. Under the law, sexual violence charges cannot be settled or withdrawn and carry severe penalties, up to life imprisonment.
