Hello po! Batch 1 refunds started yesterday, you should receive a Refund Confirmation email tonight. The first half of Batch 2 Refund Acknowledgement emails have been sent tonight as well para ma-track niyo kung pang-ilan kayo. Kindly check your emails too. May second half for Batch 2 & Batch 3 pa po, please wait for my email within the week. Target to finish current refund submissions by April 20. Thank you for your patience.

Lastly, please stop harassing my family and friends. They're not part of the problem and the solution. Ako lang ang involved so ako lang rin yung makakapag provide ng updates sainyo. Humihingi ako ng pagunawa since the harassment has gotten out of hand na, as far as threats already. Will forever be grateful for those who have extended their kindness to me even up to this day. you don't know how much that kindness means to me. I standby my words to refund and fulfill orders. I am truly and deeply sorry. I cannot put value on how you felt/feeling even if I try to make it up to you all. Just, thankful for you.

Why I locked my personal profiles is because of these messages. Receiving these threats, no one would feel safe. Hindi naman ako tatakbo, I just need time to breathe kasi to add to already existing problems, I was labeled something I am not and my family and friends are being harrassed too. I will not tolerate aggression anymore. I can and will refund in an organized manner. Pero sana tigilan na yung ganito kasi hindi naman nakakatulong to resolve anything. Hi, thank you for calling my attention. I realized the lack on my end and I acknowledge that. Personal life, problems and of course the messed up prioritization has caused me to fail everyone, specially those who have trusted me and supported me to buy my book. No other reasons but life outside being "Ba", the revisions that I did not expect and more. I acknowledge it, no other reasons than my lack and time mismanagement.

(1) hello, updates regarding the book, apologies for not updating the past weeks i have been busy juggling both work and the process of revising. i am still revising the last parts of the book. i am aware that a year has passed and i know i have been saying this every update but–
