17 years has passed, but his legacy remains in place. the mark he left on the music industry, and the world is still clear as day. michael still lives on through his music, his words, his impact, and his fans all around the world. today, i want to remember michael for his humanitarian work, artistry, creativity, and unmatched talent that broke barriers and united generations through music. he was the greatest philanthropist the music industry and the world have ever seen. his acts of love and kindness will never be forgotten. i'll forever love and appreciate michael for everything he's done for us. his music will always be my sanctuary; my therapy. i hope you're truly at rest. you are forever missed, beautiful, gentle soul ᥫ᭡.

it’s june 25th here in the UK, so i’ve written something for michael: Michael, I have loved you since I was in the womb. My mother used to play Leave Me Alone to make me kick and on my 11th birthday in June, 2009, I was lucky enough to be given tickets to finally see you perform in London after years of adoration. You were taken from us two weeks later. Words can’t describe how much I miss you, as do we all. You were a light during the darkest of times for so many of us, and you continue to be our guidance and inspiration, 17 years later. Your legacy didn’t pass on with you - it still shines through us all on a daily basis. Your message of love and healing the world is still heard and as fans, we will do everything we can to keep it loud and clear. I hope you felt just how much you were loved amongst all of the noise when you were still with us, but I also hope you feel it now wherever you may be. Rest peacefully, sweet angel.
