The reason I still watch wrestling today is I learned many years ago not to get burnt out trying to keep up with everything. It's even easier these days without a pile of unwatched tapes making me feel guilty, like there was in the old days.

Protip that you learn as you get older and have things like... kids and a job. You control your watching experience. There are matches I skip (3-4 I'll never see from Redemption). There are matches I skim. I'm happier for it. I just don't talk about those matches and it's OK.

@stars_extreme First, to be really clear, I have watched far more AEW than any other modern promotion. I think their late 2021 run is an all-timer. I have very little time for WWE.
But that Bucks sequence was really sloppily and lazily done. I think it looks bad even if you like the style.

Hitting a 450 to then shuffle into place to take a 450 and then just standing up as if nothing happened has to be an all-time dogshit sequence. Wall-to-wall historically bad wrestling.

Across different styles and different promotions there seems to be something that isn't really "professional wrestling" but is this whole other thing that is self-referential and ultimately empty, low art that sees itself as high art, very much "insisting upon itself".
