Tell me your favorite southern bbq sauce that can be bought at a grocery store or Tractor Supply, even. I have a half a pork loin left from Brunswick stew. I’m going to make bbq. I usually use Sweet Baby Rays or Kinders. No mustard/vinegar base sauces. I make my own. 😬

I once watched an episode of TLC’s “Say Yes to the Dress” where Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar chose to renew their marriage vows. I remember rolling my eyes so hard at the “modesty collar” Michelle brought to her dress shopping appointment to make sure not an inch of neck was visible as she tried on dresses. I’m freshly struck by the inanity of the whole performative modesty of the entire affair given what we now know was happening behind the scenes in this home.
