Gm guys, Here is the RECAP of the latest @overlayerfi discord community AMA hosted by @0xKyum & Ares on the 29th of June, 2026. Sadly Ares didn't show up for the AMA like it was planned initially. And it was only @0xKyum spoke to us. Firstly, ORIGIN phase 0 has officially ended and the results (final eligibility leaderboard) will be out probably the end of next week. And after this checks, Overlayer will have a week whereby those that are "ineligible" and was flagged as a bot due to mistakes will open a ticket and after the checking by the team everything will be merged together because nobody is above mistakes... For the "galxe" tasks - it will still be ongoing throughout the phase 1, and also points for completing galxe tasks for phase 0 will be distributed this week based on your ranking on the galxe loyalty score leaderboard (you can check the docs on how many points you'll receive based on your ranking) One more thing here - to be able to receive the points, you need to complete the quests that will appear on the galxe space today and it will last for two weeks. For the zealy tasks, it won't be available in the next phase (phase 1). For those that participated already, there won't be any rewards for them. After the final eligibility list, the team will move to reward distributions and points will be transferred to phase 1. For phase 1, this is where distribution of governance token, real allocation will happen. And it will be distributed on ranking threshold etc... Note: if you participated in phase 0 and your points is transferred to phase 1, you've automatically secured an allocation and will gain Over tokens at the end of phase 1. After the points, they'll be the OG nft (this is the biggest price of this event) They're keeping this nft for the boost beta etc.. And it will be used to hype the phase 1 start.. For the ORIGIN nft - this nft will be in three models which are; 1. The shrimp ORIGIN. 2. The dolphin ORIGIN. 3. The whale ORIGIN. All of them will grant a percentage bonus on the phase 1, eg the shrimp will give you 1% bonus. Dolphin will give you 2% boost and the whale will give you 5% boost. Shrimp nft will be for free. Dolphin will come with a cost(not yet known) Whale will come with a bigger cost(not yet known) From the new eligible leaderboard, you'll be able to see a new page of ORGIN that will be different and in this page, you can mint OG nft, and other ORIGIN nfts if you're eligible. Mints will start once the list is finalized and then you can mint whenever you want. (preview coming soon) OG nft mint will be on Mainnet, and we'll be able to mint it on base eth or Mainnet Eth. Kyum talked about what Overlayer is, it's idea 💡, use case, problem it's solving, and all that... (check docs for more info) Now let's go to phase 1 - there'll be no faucet cause it'll be on Mainnet. Before the launch a clean up will occur on the DC and also an add up. Swap feature will also be integrated on Mainnet. The team system and the referral system (the top ranking ones) a special nft will be given to them. A guide will be published on official Overlayer account soon on how to access the phase 1. They'll be several term checks and the term checks includes; 1. The public sale. 2. Which chain you'll like to participate in phase 1.(the size you'll like to deploy on the protocol) 3. The phase 1 timing. 4. Duration of the farming session. ( if we prefer 4 months, or 6 months, or 8 months) 5. Phase 1 structure and campaign mechanics. About the start of phase 1, they'll also a term check on this. Asking the community when they prefer to start the phase 1 and the duration of the phase 1. For the fund raising and backers - yes, Overlayer is backed and funded, and the details of the backers will be shared at the middle of the phase 1. Continuation below ↓↓
