It changed the thesis of them not having any shares to sell during a crucial time. I will vote yes if the price goes $200

@overleveragedAF @CEOAdam They had 513 million authorized and only 493 million outstanding. Besides, how strong is the investment thesis if 20 million shares blows it up? And the first 8.5 million was at $27 and $AMC still went to $72 after.

People are saying I'm delusional and didn't do my dd, but the fact is he announced AMC would not sell anything that gets approved until 2022, and if they need cash they have 43m authorized. So this 20m came out of nowhere for most of us, I found out through news articles

@IAmDeanGibson @overleveragedAF @CEOAdam Where he screwed up was allowing FUD to spread like a wildfire because he wasn't up front about it. Caused a lot of people to dip out due to the uncertainty of IF there would be more share dilution allowing shorts to cover.
