Thank you to the many kind Demon Slayer fans who pointed out various things like cultural setting, simplicity, animation and real world timing.
To reiterate, I enjoy the show. Do I love it? No, which is why I was puzzled what exactly about it captivated so many.

I think Demon Slayer is a fine series, but I will never understand how it became a mega hit phenomenon.

The special episode titled "More", will adapt chapter 431 of the manga.

It bothers me when people say, “Only the first season of SAO is good.” I get why people like Aincrad, but treating that as an absolute opinion shows they didn’t understand the series at all. Aincrad was just the beginning of something bigger, not the entire story.

From what I understand from the Japanese community, it seems that in today's stream they announced that they are planning to add new characters that have not yet appeared in SAOFD, let's hope that is really the case, this news makes me hype

[More] follows chapters 170+1 into animated adaptation as Deku and Class 1-A are all adults now with their jobs and still doing hero work.
