@sagelovebars I use my phone to record my sets, it’s not obnoxious after every set though, and sometimes I’m looking at past performance and output and looking at current load and debating pushing it … 🤷🏽♂️

@HandstandKyle @anymanfitness I did similar, I’m week 15 on retra, went 4wk 1mg, 4wk 2mg 4wk 3mg and now 4wk 4mg , and then I’ll drop down to 2mg weekly as maintenance, went 200 to 180 while keeping most of my strength, lost about 10-15# but I cut carb/fat hard so I’m not worried
