@mlchealth @BBCMarkSimpson @BBCgmu I'm not sure it can make you feel everything is futile, ramp up anxiety, your face hot whilst your feet are cold and wake you up every couple of hours leaving you with an hour of awakedness inbetween each session of sleep, migraines and cope with work full time.

@rubytuesday566 @DannyDonnelly1 Those that wear the MenoVest aren’t pretending to experience what some go through with menopause but it is a symbol of allyship and cultivates the conversation - both well needed if menopause is to be given the priority it needs. Danny showed true empathy today.

A really informative day at Stormont today with male MLAs learning about the #menopause and how it affects women. We got to try on a Menovest and had a small glimpse into the symptoms of what women can experience for years. Thanks to Over the Bloody Moon for arranging!
