Easter is a profound expression of sacrifice, renewal, and victory over adversity. It speaks to the enduring power of faith, the triumph of hope, and the responsibility placed on all of us to live lives guided by love, truth, and selflessness. In a time when divisions and tensions can easily take root, the message of Easter calls us to embrace love, tolerance, and peaceful co-existence. It urges us to look beyond our differences and see one another through the lens of shared humanity. By choosing compassion over conflict, understanding over suspicion, and unity over division, we can build stronger communities and a more harmonious nation. As we celebrate this sacred season, let its meaning find expression in our daily conduct and collective aspirations. May it strengthen our resolve to rise above our present challenges and inspire us to work together in pursuit of a peaceful, just, and prosperous Nigeria. Here's wishing you and your loved ones, a joyous Easter celebration. God bless. Chief Sly Ezeokenwa National Chairman, APGA

Tinubu in Jos Confirms ‘Don't Vote for Me’ Prediction on Power Supply During the 2023 campaign, President Tinubu made a clear electoral promise: “If I don’t give you constant electricity in four years, don’t vote for me for a second term.” When he took office in 2023, Nigeria had a power supply of over 4,000 megawatts and lower tariffs. Today, the electricity power supply is less than 4,000 megawatts on the average, and Nigerians are paying higher tariffs. Nigeria currently has the lowest per capita electricity consumption in the world, with a rate below 30% of the African average. Africa’s average is 617kwh, Nigeria’s is 144 kWh. This means that Nigerians consume least electricity than other Africans. In a glaring display of disregard for promises and a lack of trust, President Tinubu, during a brief airport stopover to visit grieving families of the Jos attack on Thursday, April 2, 2026, stated that one of the reasons for his 10-minute stay was that the airport had no electricity. “You have no light here I fly out in ten minutes” At a time when Nigerians are enduring days without power, our leaders cannot even stay a few minutes without it. Now is the time to stop incompetent leaders—those lacking the capacity and compassion—who prioritise their own comfort over the well-being of the people and make empty promises. A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO

The @PoliceNG don't want to be recorded so they can kill and harass us at will. If what you do is lawful, why should a video recording scare you? If those officers are not dismissed and jailed for attempted murder, the cycle continues and the Police hierarchy clearly supports them.

Hi Sambo Here is my Points Based Opinion (PBO) regarding your tweet. 1. An original jersey costs £85. For Abazz to deliver the original 85 jerseys will cost over 2.5 million Naira. There is no way 20k Naira can offer you £85 quality jerseys. 2. However, I have patronised some vendors and bought jerseys from them on this app. The quality of jerseys they delivered for a similar amount is way above the left image below, which Sambo claims Abazz delivered. The threads are loose, and it appears to be sewn by an unprofessional tailor. I have seen two jersey vendors who disagree with the quality of jerseys Abazz delivered. 3. Some people are trying to bully Sambo in an attempt to stop him from holding Abazz accountable. These are the same people who are fighting for good governance in Nigeria and constantly speak out against Tinubu. The day Nigeria becomes a working country, you who are fighting for good governance might be in jail. The same people will claim Abazz already apologised, but Tinubu apologised over the economy. I encourage you to forgive, forget, and vote for him again. Don't come here to say they're different. You're being a hypocrite. As long as they're holding someone you know accountable, you're not cool with it, but you're cool with holding Tinubu accountable because he is not your friend. 4. Sambo needs to hold Abazz accountable. There is no wickedness here. Everything happened in public space, and he doesn't need to DM him. Don't forget this issue is happening because Abazz didn't do the right thing. There is one way to shut Sambo up: do the right thing. Sambo don't expect Abazz to deliver jerseys worth £85 for 15k Naira, and he definitely won't accept jerseys with loose threads or poorly sewn. This is fair. If, after Abazz does the right thing, and Sambo continues, we will have to ask him what his problem is. 5. Let's use our tongue to count our teeth. The jerseys are poorly sewn and not presentable. Abazz needs to improve, especially in a business. This is not the kind of service I would expect as a customer. It is even embarrassing to Osimhen that he bought such a jersey for someone. I don't think he will be happy with this image below. Other footballers seeing this will be embarrassed. 6. No amount of pressure should make Sambo stop. It is the right thing to do. If I'm ever in such a situation, it is right for you or Sambo to hold me accountable as well. That is how society will be better. In conclusion, those who speak ill of Sambo for holding Abazz accountable are the problems of Nigeria. People are fake and pretend. Some want you to talk about it in the DM because they support such behaviours. They want to operate secretly, where they can do all they want. Why do you want Sambo to speak to Abazz in the DM? Did the patronage happen in the DM? If you don't want people to hold you accountable publicly, do the right thing. People who make excuses for those they know, and drag Tinubu. Hypocrites! @abazwhyllzz Fix up, bro. This is not looking nice. You should be professional. You're embarrassing Osimhen and ruining an opportunity. It won't look good for his friends to see such an image of the jersey he bought for someone. There is no way any sane person will defend you. You're the one on the wrong side. Get this sorted once and for all. All the best🤝

UPDATE ABOUT THE JERSEY SITUATION. Earlier today, Abazz sent out 10 jerseys across different locations. Ilorin, Ogun, Lagos, Abuja, and Aba. So far, two recipients in Lagos have received theirs and reached out to me with concerns about the quality of the jerseys. At first, I didn’t believe it, but after seeing the videos, I understood why they felt that way. You just have to see the pictures and videos too. I immediately contacted Abazz to raise this, and he explained that what was sent was the “player’s version.” However, in one of the conversations I saw, a recipient requested to return the jersey, and Abazz responded by asking him to keep it while promising to send another jersey of his choice. Any club. Thankfully, others are yet to receive theirs, so this can still be properly addressed before more deliveries are completed. At this point, with more than one person reporting the same issue, it’s important to take it seriously and not treat it as a mistake. For me, this is not about dragging anyone or making noise over jerseys. It’s about integrity. It’s about trust. It’s about doing things the right way, especially when people are involved. I will continue to follow up on this to ensure that everyone who was promised a jersey gets something they are genuinely happy with. We all deserve fairness. Thank you for your patience and continued support, I’ll keep everyone updated.

Abazz, you might have to go back to Osimhen’s reply to my post. He clearly stated that we should get the jersey from you. When Tife told me to ask you for the price of the jersey, you didn’t reply for a while. You came and told me the money has already been sent to you. Nobody is collecting any money from you. Your people already said the money is too big for us to handle. The selected winners said they can’t accept the money. Just as you’ve given me two options, You also have two options. 1. Get a better vendor, pay for it and he delivers it to respective winners. 2. Keep the money to yourself, it’s too big for us. Mine is to pick winners, I’ve carried out my assignment. We are not taking any money from you.

Good evening everyone , After seeing the genuine feedback from some winners about the jerseys delivered, and everyone opinion on this, I’ve decided to make this right in the simplest way possible. - Firstly, I admit i messed it all up with the first action of picking winners which isn’t in my position but I’ve apologized for that. Once again, to the whole public, I have admitted and corrected my steps. - The 10 jerseys already sent were the lighter Player Version I sourced, but it’s clear they didn’t match what many expected for this giveaway. That’s on me. To fix it completely: option 1: i am willing to send the whole N300k to @_Abdulakeem_ so he can pick any vendor of his choice to get the jerseys for the winners he picked option 2: I am willing to refund the full amount received per jersey (₦20k including delivery) directly to every winner who has received one, - Those who have received it can return the jerseys with delivery fee on me. (I will fund the redelivery back to me) - The winners can then source their choice of jerseys from any vendor of their choice. so the remaining 5 will not be shipped instead, those winners will also get the cash equivalent. Either of the options he picks is cool with me. My goal was to deliver value from our Agba baller osimhen. Since expectations weren’t met according to the winners, the fairest thing is to return the funds so everyone gets exactly what they want. Big thank you to my boss,Victor Osimhen once again for the support ❤️. I appreciate the understanding and will post proof of refunds as they are processed. Let’s close this chapter positively. I don’t want to go back and forth on this anymore. @_Abdulakeem_ please reply with the option you’re picking so I can proceed. Thank you everyone 🙏🏾

Good morning to you sir IGP @TunjiDisu1 It was reported that you have ordered Dpo Satellite town in Lagos to bring the policemen involved in the recent viral video to Abuja on Wednesday 8th April, 2026 for disciplinary action. We want to humbly request you televise the disciplinary action live on social media. over the years we only hear “audio disciplinary action” no proper disciplinary action in the real time when clip like this goes viral, because before you know it the same officers are back on the road doing their unlawful and criminal jobs. So pls televise your own disciplinary action on these particular police officers that was caught in that viral clip, let Nigerians know your own is not “audio” I don’t think this is too much to ask, Have a nice Easter celebration as we Nigerians expect your action regarding this request. RT plss.

He arrived the city from Ede in present day Osun State as a 2 year old, brought by his late mother, Alhaja Afusat Olahan, to join his late father, who was a tailor, Hamzah Olahan. This guy was the most dangerous out of all of them. He pointed a gun at me and kept threatening me like my life meant nothing. He’s the same one that hit me with the gun, shocked my body, beat me, and even slapped me from behind when I didn’t see it coming. Out of everyone there, he was the most aggressive. I really hope this video goes viral and the Nigeria Police Force sees this and does something about it. This happened in Abulado, Lagos. Me and my guy @ehispascal were on a bike when four officers stopped us. We came down peacefully, no issues at all. One officer was talking to me, another to my guy. Everything was calm. They were asking questions and we answered calmly because we had nothing to hide. They asked me to open my phone, and I didn’t hesitate because I didn’t want any problem. Suddenly, out of nowhere, one man came from behind and slapped me. Even the officer checking my phone was shocked and asked what just happened. At that moment, I didn’t even know he was a police officer because he wasn’t in uniform. Out of anger, I reacted and slapped him back and even tried to confront him. That’s when the others held me and told me he was an officer. That’s when I realized everything was already planned. Next thing, all of them started beating us. It was bad. My guy’s face even got swollen. They then threatened to take us to the station. I told them no problem, let’s go, but the officer who slapped me must come along too. I told them when we get to the station, they would know who my father is. They kept asking for his name, but I refused and said they would find out at the station. That’s when they got scared. Instead of taking us to the station, they drove us to a bridge, dropped us there, and told us to go.
