Ten of the #12HKyouths arrested by China will face a secret trial TMR. None of their relatives can sit in hearings and only wait for the verdict in HK. We don’t know if the CCP will announce the verdict TMR, but we hope everybody can put emphasis on this case TMR at HKT2:30pm.

Official prosecution of #12youths Although CCP prosecuted them according to the legal Chinese “time schedule”, they aimed at propagating the "special" Chinese legal framework through pro-government media to conceal the wicked behaviour of suppression of basic human right.

3/ We cannot forget that Hong Kong government knowingly allowed the 12 to be detained by China to become political leverage. It is obviously a well planned kidnapping orchestrated by the two governments. #save12hkyouths

2/ We also have to focus on the prosecution procedure: 1.Whether the prosecution will be open to public? 2.Whether the relatives can sit in hearings? 3.After passing the 12 to the district prosecutors, whether the authorities will prosecute them within 1 month?

#Breaking 1/ Yantian police announced that the #12hkyouths will be passed to the district prosecutors for examination to decide whether to prosecute. However, none of our demands such as entrusted lawyers meeting the 12 have been fulfilled.

4/ Only positive outcome of this development is that we can confirm that the 12 knew we all are keeping an eye on this issue. #save12hkyouths #BringThemBack

3/ Bear in mind that this development doesn’t spread the joyful messages. 1.Entrusted lawyers still can’t meet the 12. 2.The contents of letters were designed by CCP. 3.The basic human rights can’t be guaranteed and they are still in danger as long as they are still in China.
